I have been a Disney fan since I watched Walt Disney’s show when I was a young boy. This trip which was planned by Gillian Towsley started with our accomodation at Port Orleans Riverside for 8 days. It was a Christmas/New Years vacation we will never forget. The days were well planned with insight to all the parks.
The trip’s plan included all meals which included Characters, Irish Dancers (New Year’s Eve at Raglan Road), and a steak dinner at Le Cellier in the Canadian Pavilion.
Some special moments included Cal Ripken reading “A Christmas Story” at the Candlelight Processional (Gillian knew I was a baseball fan so she made sure to include this in our plans). Also knowing my wife and I both love elephants, Gillian booked us on the Gentle Giants tour which took us backstage at Kilimanjaro Safaris and a short drive to the elephants and their keepers. Wow what an experience.
She put together an itinerary for each day which helped us through EPCOT, Disney Springs, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom. Meals and rides were all planned for us to enjoy this trip which gave us some leisure time to rest.
Definitely will be asking Gillian to plan our next trip.

Jennifer knows everything there is to know about Disney! Not only does she provide amazing, personal service, but she is also really patient and helpful with answering the millions of questions you will probably have! Theme park vacations are very complicated these days, but Jennifer makes it easy and awesome. If you’re planning on going to any Disney or universal park, you need to speak to Jennifer Sime!

Jessica M is amazing at what she does. She listened to what I wanted, offered suggestions based on my wants and created the best holiday ever. My daughter and I had such a magical time. We stayed at Animal Kingdom and had a Savanna view (which was magical in itself) all her restaurant recommendations were delish. She got up early just to do our first day genie for us! Now that is service! I have recommended her to many others because I truly believe no one knows Disney like Jessica M. Thank you!
